3. How much does online notarization cost?

The cost for your first notarized document is $25.

This includes:

  • $10 Notarization Fee (in compliance with Michigan law)

  • $15 Remote Technology & Admin Fee (for secure video platform, identity verification, and session handling)

Additional fees:

  • $10 per additional seal

  • $5 per additional signer

  • $10 per additional witness provided by us

Payment is collected immediately after your notarization is complete, and then your notarized document will be available for you to download.

4. What do I need for the online notary session?

To complete a remote notarization, you will need:

  • A valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

  • A device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or smartphone)

  • A stable internet connection

  • A document ready to be signed and notarized

5. How does remote notarization work?

6. What types of payments do you accept?

8. Do you notarize documents in person?

Detroit eNotary is 100% remote, meaning we do not offer in-person notarization. However, we provide the same legally binding service as a traditional notary.

9. What if I need multiple documents notarized?
