How Remote Online Notarization Works

  • Upload or Scan Your Document

    Before your appointment, use the link to upload your complete document as a PDF. If you only have a paper copy, you’ll have the option to scan and upload it.

  • Verify Your Identity

    You’ll answer a few security questions and upload a photo of your unexpired government-issued ID. This step is required before your notary session begins.

  • Join the Video Call

    At your appointment time, join a secure video call with your notary to complete the signing.

  • Receive Your Notarized Document

    Once the session is complete, your notarized document will be emailed to you instantly.
